  • Vehicles are well-maintained, GPS-enabled, and driven by verified professionals.

2. Booking & Confirmation Policy

  • Bookings can be made via phone, or email.
  • A signed rental agreement is required before service commencement.
  • Advance notice (minimum 24 hours) is preferred for new bookings.

3. Pricing & Payment Policy

  • Transparent pricing with no hidden charges.
  • Payment options include bank transfer, UPI, corporate billing, and digital wallets.
  • A monthly invoices are provided for corporate clients.
  • Late payments may attract a penalty as per the agreement.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • No cancellation fee if notified at least 12 hours before the scheduled trip.
  • For long-term leases, 30 days notice is required for termination.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 working days.

5. Driver & Safety Policy

  • All drivers undergo background checks, driving tests, and behavioural training.
  • Zero tolerance for rash driving, substance abuse, or misconduct.
  • Vehicles are regularly serviced and equipped with GPS tracking.

6. Vehicle Maintenance & Breakdown Policy

  • Routine maintenance is performed to ensure optimum performance.
  • In case of a breakdown, an immediate replacement vehicle will be arranged.
  • Clients must report any vehicle issues promptly for quick resolution.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate pick-up/drop locations and shift timings.
  • Treat drivers and vehicles with respect and care.
  • Report any safety concerns or service issues immediately.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Client and employee data is kept confidential and used only for service purposes.
  • We comply with GDPR/data protection laws (if applicable).

9. Dispute Resolution & Grievance Policy

  • Complaints can be raised via email/call.
  • We aim to resolve issues within 48 hours.
  • Unresolved disputes may be escalated to management for arbitration.

10. Amendments to Policy

  • Nairu Total Solution Pvt. Ltd reserves the right to update policies with prior notice to clients.
